Consultancy Managementors works with top-level organisations including FTSE 100s to help them improve customer satisfaction levels by engineering change in both business processes and employee attitudes to make productivity improvements that, ultimately, generate operational cost savings.
The first stage in the rebrand was a brand workshop with key stakeholders. Keeping an open mind during this process, Oculus’s creative team was able to explore options that would meet the Managementors objective.
The logo that was chosen was designed to have a modern, fresh feel. The ‘m2’ was derived from the two M’s of Managementors (management and mentoring) and also describing ‘m’ to the power of 2, namely Managementors and the client as a powerful relationship. The blue square blend signifies change and development and the use of the lowercase typeface shows confidence and approachability.
Having then determined the font and colour palette, as well as use of imagery, we proposed brand implementation across materials from stationery to collateral to the corporate website.
The next phase of the brand implementation is in progress, with a CMS website design and build with anticipated launch in spring 2011.
