Oculus ‘Love Us’ promotion rules

  1. ELIGIBILITY
    1. You do not need to be a current Oculus client to enter.
    2. The promotion is open solely to residents of the United Kingdom. The number of referrals are not limited (save at Oculus’ discretion).
    3. No advertising or promotion agencies shall be eligible.
  2. HOW TO ENTER
    1. Participants will be eligible by visiting www.oculus.co.uk/loveus and following the instructions.
    2. Participants must provide all requested information and, save at Oculus’ discretion, will not be eligible if they fail to do so. This information may be used by Oculus for marketing purposes, unless otherwise specified.
    3. Oculus shall not be responsible for any technical failures of any kind or for any lost, late or incomplete or misaddressed information.
  3. CLOSING DATE
    1. The closing date shall be Thursday 31 December 2015. All referrals must be received by 5.30pm on that day to be eligible.
  4. AWARDS
    1. Oculus will award each participant who provides valid referral information an Amazon gift voucher to the value of £20 (or agreed-upon alternative to a similar value). This voucher will be sent to the participant on verification of referral details.
    2. Oculus will award each participant for which the referral information becomes a project an Amazon gift voucher to the value of £100 (or agreed-upon alternative to a similar value). This voucher will be sent to the participant on issuing of the first project invoice.
    3. Successful participants in the promotion shall be responsible for all applicable taxes and any other expenses not specified in these rules.
    4. Vouchers cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash value except as provided herein.
  5. GENERAL
    1. By entering the promotion, all participants consent to the disclosure of their names to their specific referrals only.
    2. Participants agree to release Oculus from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or arising from this promotion.
    3. These rules shall be governed by the laws of England and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
