Telemarketer (part-time, freelance)

Job spec:

As a telemarketer, you will be required to contact businesses and individuals (within agreed companies or industry sectors) primarily by phone in order to promote and positively influence prospects to buy Oculus’ services, gather information, and verify details.

  • Making non-scripted/part-scripted outbound calls to promote Oculus’ services and providing positive resistance handling
  • Building relationships with senior marketing prospects to secure meetings and ensuring Oculus is the first port of call for new projects
  • Recording prospect’s details including reaction to the service(s) offered and documenting all call-backs on Act
  • Undertaking client/company background research where appropriate
  • Setting up new business meetings and sending out meeting invitations to relevant prospects and the Oculus team
  • Ensuring the highest quality delivery during every prospect interaction (phone call, e-mail, etc.)
  • Arranging meeting logistics and drafting an agenda based on the prospect’s requirements
  • Confirming meetings with the prospect at least 24 hours in advance
  • Providing pre-meeting briefs to Oculus at least 12 hours in advance
  • Submitting a weekly progress report including actions
Essential skills:

Job spec:

As a Senior Account Manager, you will manage key B2B and B2C accounts, on time and on budget and deliver excellent customer service across integrated campaigns or individual projects. You will manage agency resources to provide suitable design and marketing solutions for your clients, whilst at the same time meeting company revenue and profitability targets. An active member of the account team, you’ll also support the Group Account Director in developing client relationships.

Account Manager

Job spec:

We’re looking for an ambitious, dynamic and driven Account Manager to join us with at least two years’ experience, and core digital and campaign knowledge/experience.
